Shipping Rates
Orders under $50 are subject to a $10 shipping fee. Orders of $50 or more qualify for FREE shipping where available. The applicable shipping rate will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Processing & Delivery
Orders are processed and shipped through our fulfillment partners. Delivery times may vary depending on the product, destination, supplier, and carrier. The estimated delivery information available at checkout or provided after your order is placed should be used as a guide and is not guaranteed.

Multiple Packages
Because some products may be fulfilled by different suppliers or fulfillment locations, items from the same order may occasionally arrive in separate packages and at different times.

Tracking
When tracking information is available, it will be provided after your order has been shipped. Please allow time for tracking information to update after shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout. If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has begun processing.
